On Jenuary 14, the fireplace ’Venera’ is a model of applied art that is made in the factory of Bronislav Lisovski by the masters of Russian imperator. ’Venera’ is the only one in the world and it was previously placed on Iamanidze street in the building of Abkhazian football federation, which in early XXth c. belonged to the Count Oldenburg. On July 9, 2014, an investigator Vano Jakhua found out the masterpiece and announced to the administration of the museum. Because of artistic value of the fireplace Ministry of Culture and Monument Protection and the administration of the Art Palace made a decision to disassemble the fireplace and move it to the museum. The project was implemented by the support of the Ministry of Culture, Ministry of Justice, Ministry of Economy and Sustainable Development and the Football Federation of Georgia.
