On March 7, the event dedicated to Iakob Tripolski was held in the Art Palace of Georgia, which was supported by the Ministry of Culture and Monument Protection.
The bas-relief of prominent figure, created by Levan Vardisanidze was opened in the Art Palace’s Garden for Immortals. Guests were able to survey as private photo-albom of Tripolski as his photos rivealing the working period in cinema and Marjanishvili theatre. Two costumes were also exhibited on the event.
Iakob (Iasha) Tripolski has been working in Marjanishvili theatre for 40 years.
